Pharr Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring is a locally owned concrete flooring contractor based in Pharr, TX. We provide concrete flooring installation, surface preparation, epoxy and polyaspartic coatings, polished and stained concrete, resurfacing, sealing, and related services for residential and commercial properties. Service availability is subject to location, project scope, and scheduling.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All pricing is provided through written estimates following an on-site assessment. Verbal or phone estimates are not binding. A written estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued, after which pricing may change due to material costs or schedule availability.

Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of the site visit. If conditions change - or if additional work is required due to issues not visible at the time of the estimate (such as hidden moisture problems, hidden damage, or structural issues discovered during surface preparation) - we will notify you before proceeding with additional work. You will not be charged for work beyond the original estimate without your prior written or verbal authorization.

Final pricing is confirmed in a written project agreement before work begins.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling is subject to crew and material availability. We make every reasonable effort to start and complete projects on the agreed timeline. Delays caused by weather, material availability, or circumstances outside our control will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling (956) 705-5041 or emailing estimates@pharrconcretepolishingandepoxyflooring.com. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee to cover material preparation and scheduling costs. The specific amount will be stated in your project agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is cleared and accessible on the scheduled date. If the area is not ready when the crew arrives, rescheduling may be required and a trip charge may apply.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required to confirm scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We reserve the right to require full payment before work begins on smaller projects.

Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to pursue collection through legally available means.

6. Warranty Disclaimers

Any warranty provided on our work will be stated in writing in your project agreement. Warranties are limited to defects in workmanship and materials as described in that document. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper care, misuse, acts of nature, or conditions not disclosed at the time of the estimate.

Concrete flooring coatings are subject to environmental conditions including temperature, moisture, and soil movement. Pharr and the Rio Grande Valley have specific conditions - including expansive clay soils and high humidity - that can affect concrete and coatings over time. We address these conditions as part of our standard process, but we cannot warrant against issues arising from structural movement or conditions beyond our control.

Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pharr Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or our website - including but not limited to lost profits, lost use, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services performed will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to that claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
